If you have ever wanted to have a go at Stand Up Paddleboarding, now’s your chance. No SUP experience necessary – you will be in the safe hands of Judy from SUP Studio – a Paddleboard expert with a full set of instructing and medical qualifications. Judy will provide you with your board, paddle and lifejacket on arrival.
In this session, SUP offers a great total body workout, strengthening your core, challenging your balance and improving all over muscle tone. It’s also great fun, especially when done with friends!
No special equipment is necessary, paddleboards and paddles are provided. Usual gym kit is suitable, but remember it is chillier on the water so an extra layer is useful.
