Kids Yoga 4-7 Years

The Great House are hosting kids yoga with Yasmin Strong during the May school holiday.

The kids yoga workshop incorporates fun and games into a traditional
yoga session. The 45 minute session offers children the chance to release
energy, explore yoga postures and sequences but most importantly find
new ways to relax and focus.

Yoga can help children to build confidence, self awareness,
co-ordination, communication and strength
