The Mindful Triathlon is a treat for your body and your mind. Our triathlon has no competition, it includes walking, yoga & meditation. Your host for the day is Yasmin Strong. Yasmin teaches a wide range of Yoga and she is a firm believer in Yoga for all – regardless of experience, age, ability, shape & size – all are guaranteed a warm welcome and fun session. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
