Each of our individual conference rooms has natural daylight and when you arrive you will receive the personal assistance of one of our experienced Management Team who will ensure that your needs are catered for throughout your stay.  Wireless broadband is available in all bedrooms, meeting rooms and public areas throughout the hotel.

Our two purpose-built conference suites in the Clocktower Building (opened August 2006) are fully air conditioned and are fitted with their own self-service coffee machines.   Located on the top floor with lift access are The Royal Thames and Berkshire Suites. 

The Royal Thames Suite can seat 24 U-shape  and up to 80 theatre style whilst the Berkshire Suite can seat 20 U-shape and up to 40 theatre style.  Both suites offer state of the art integrated audio/visual equipment with touch screen controls and air conditioning.

The Ferryman's Suite
Located in the main house, our largest function suite can cater for up to 100 delegates theatre style. It has its own private terrace overlooking the gardens where refreshment breaks and lunch may be taken. It is also available to hire for private luncheon & dinner parties for a minimum of 60 and a maximum of 90 guests.

The Bridge Suite
Positioned on the first floor of the main house, this suite can cater for up to 40 delegates theatre style and also makes an ideal private dining room for smaller and more informal parties.

Smaller Meeting Rooms
Away from the main building in the Hideaway is the Tudor Room which seats a maximum of 10 delegates and is ideal for the smaller meeting or syndicate room.
